Allison is a writer, speaker and founder/CEO of smith & beta – a talent acceleration company that designs custom training and change management programs for enterprise clients. I’m also the founder/CEO of Giide, a multimodal enterprise learning application featuring expert-guided audio learning journeys.

Allison also held the position of Director of Digital Development at Goodby Silverstein & Partners where she launched a talent development program to increase digital literacy. And, was also the Interactive Development Director at Crispin Porter + Bogusky where she led the research, strategy and the launch of Boulder Digital Works.

Her passion for talent transformation and workplace education started the day she joined a small digital agency and was asked to explain complex digital ideas to eager-to-learn clients and co-workers.

She lives in sunny Boulder, CO with her daughter, husband, and three active cats.
